Description
High-Speed Single Strap Corrugated Bundler
This specialized bundler is designed for the demanding requirements of the corrugated industry.
It secure stacks using high-efficiency 5mm PP straps, ensures every stacks remains tight and stable from the case maker floor to the final delivery.
High Precision Squaring & Stability
Consistency is key in high-volume production. Before the strap is applied, each stack is automatically squared on all sides.
This eliminates crooked stacks and "fanning," ensuring your product is perfectly aligned for easy handling, storage, and stable palletizing.
Maximize Throughput and ROI
The system is designed to be a "profit center" by minimizing downtime. With the integrated HMI touch control, operators have total command over the production flow.
By fine-tuning the machine’s timing, you can eliminate bottlenecks and hit peak output speeds according to your upperstream case maker machine.
Easily adjustable settings include:
- Top Compacting Device: Adjust to match stack height for smooth flow via coveyor.
Conveyor Sync: Match speeds with your upstream and downstream equipment.
Precision Squaring: Quick setup changes for different bundle dimensions.
Pusher Velocity: Control the pace of the throughput to maximize hourly volume.
Built for the Modern Packaging Line
Whether you are running a standalone operation or a fully integrated line, this machine delivers the reliability needed for 24/7 environments.
It’s a robust, low-maintenance solution designed to protect your product while significantly lowering your cost-per-bundle.

OPTIONS
Consider Double Strapping?
While the single-strap model is highly efficient, there are some specific applications require the added security of a Double Strapping configuration:
- Slippery Surfaces: For agriculture or food-grade products using waxed or coated boxes, a single strap often isn't enough to prevent the sheets from sliding. Two straps provide the necessary friction to lock the stack in place.
- Large-Format Bundles: If you are running oversized boxes, double strapping prevents "fanning" at the edges.
- Long-Distance Logistics: For products facing heavy vibration during shipping, the second strap ensures the bundle stays square until it reaches the end customer.

Do you need Crossed Strapping?
- Total Slip Prevention: For the most "difficult" surfaces—like high-gloss UV coatings or heavy wax—even two parallel straps might allow the center sheets to slide out. Crossed strapping locks the bundle from all four sides, making it physically impossible for sheets to "telescope" out.
- Logistics Rigidity: If bundles are being shipped individually (parcel shipping) rather than on a pallet, they face much rougher handling. Crossed straps ensure the bundle acts as a solid brick, surviving drops and tosses without bursting.
- Eliminating "Corner Flare": Large, thin corrugated sheets tend to curl at the corners. A cross-strap pattern pulls the tension toward the center from both axes, keeping the entire stack flat.
