The PW-UYAV is a high-performance, fully automatic top-sealing strapping system specifically engineered for the heavy-duty demands of radial paper jumbo roll packaging. Designed for seamless integration into "unmanned" production lines, it provides the extreme tension and precision required to secure massive rolls for transport.
Core Capabilities
High-Tension Radial Sealing: Equipped with a heavy-duty head capable of delivering up to 400kg of tension, ensuring consistent pressure around the circumference to prevent "telescoping" or unwinding.
Precision Servo Control: Utilizes servo-driven feeding and tensioning to provide a "soft-start" for delicate paper grades while maintaining rock-solid security for heavy kraft and paperboard.
Top-Down Efficiency: The automatic top-sealing head detects roll height and descends to the optimal position, reducing cycle times and ensuring a flat, secure seal on the outer diameter.
Durability: Built to withstand the high-cycle demands of pulp and paper mills, featuring a robust frame and modular components for rapid maintenance.
