Pallet Strapping Machine
Description
This fully-automatic top-sealing pallet strapping machine with a fixed arch is engineered for high-volume, precise operation, and is ideally suited for PET strap.
Its sophisticated mechatronic features include PLC control, a height memory function, no strap detection, electric heat welding for secure seals, and servo motor-controlled strap feed and reverse.
On the mechanical side, it boasts an improved heater plate ensuring reliable PET strap sealing, easy strap changeover, a dedicated tension dispenser, and a robust structure capable of delivering a powerful 400kg tension force.
These combined features guarantee maximum efficiency and consistently secure strapping for all your palletizing requirements using PET strap.
